Onboarding Guide

If you have a floor plan, please send that over to us! That will give us accurate measurements of the room/space.

Measurements

Measure the length of the walls, doorways, and windows and ceiling height (plus any pitches in the ceiling) including:

• Windows height and width (including any trim around them)

• Floor baseboards

• The distance between the lower trim of the window and the baseboard

Pictures, & videos

• Videos: Take a video walking through the room

• Pictures: Try to take them in good daylight if possible and with all the lights on!
